Refund policy

At MotorVault, our priority is to provide every customer with a seamless and reliable shopping experience. We stand behind the quality of our products, and if you happen to receive merchandise that is defective or incorrect, our comprehensive warranty policy ensures swift resolution through returns or refunds.

Requirements for Submitting a Warranty Return Claim

  • Proof of the issue: Clear pictures/videos displaying our STOCK# to verify the concern.
  • Diagnostic report: Issued by a certified mechanic confirming the issue originates from our product.
  • Installation receipt: Showing that our pre-installation guide was followed, including new water pump installation.
  • Photographs of heat tabs, when applicable, for verification.

Upon claim approval, we issue a Bill of Lading (BOL) for return pickup. Shipping costs for warranty-approved returns are fully covered by MotorVault.

Return Preparation Guidelines

  • Print the BOL and have it ready for the pickup driver.
  • Secure the engine on a wooden pallet with straps.
  • Improperly secured items may result in additional fees or failed pickup.
