Shipping policy

We process and ship orders within 4–6 business days. Delays are rare, and we keep you informed.

Please do not refuse a shipment. If an issue arises, we can arrange a pickup at no additional cost. Refusing delivery may incur a round-trip shipping fee.

If the product arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt. This allows us to file an insurance claim.
