Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. We ship domestic US only via freight/LTL carriers for engine and transmission units.

Estimated Transit Time: 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination. Total estimated delivery: 6–12 business days from order date.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and unit weight. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be displayed on the product or cart page.

Freight Delivery — Important

• Engines and transmissions ship on pallets via LTL freight.
• A delivery appointment may be required — the carrier will contact you.
• Please do not refuse a shipment. If an issue arises, contact us and we will arrange a pickup at no additional cost. Refusing delivery may incur a round-trip shipping fee.
• If the product arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. This allows us to file an insurance claim within the carrier's 48-hour deadline.

Shipping Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Fusion Used Engines is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
