What is covered
Fusion Used Engines Inc. covers the following essential internal engine components under all warranty plans — Standard, Silver and Gold alike.

- Pistons, connecting rods, and crankshaft
- Camshaft, timing chain, and valvetrain
- Oil pump and oil pressure system

- Valve guides and valve seats
- Timing components (chain, gears, tensioners)
- Rocker arms and pushrods (where applicable)
What is not covered
The following items are excluded from all warranty plans. Please review them carefully before installation.
Oil leaks
Leaks resulting from failed seals or gaskets.
Bolt-on accessories
Manifolds, carburetor, alternator, starter, water pump, thermostat and clutch.
Timing belts & external seals
Timing belts on belt-drive engines and all external seals.
Improper installation or misuse
Damage from improper installation, misuse, racing, towing overload or neglect.
Altered or modified engines
Engines altered, disassembled or modified without written authorization.
Overheating damage
The warranty is voided if the engine overheats. Shut the engine off immediately if overheating occurs.
Consequential costs
Towing, rental cars, labor, diagnostics or loss of use.
Removed before inspection
Engines removed or disassembled prior to our inspection.
No root-cause troubleshooting
Failure to perform comprehensive troubleshooting to identify the root cause before a warranty claim.
Overheating voids the warranty.
Call the warranty team
If the temperature gauge climbs, shut the engine off immediately and call our warranty team before doing anything else.

To keep your warranty valid, the following steps must be completed before and during installation.

Pre-install checklist8 items · complete before first start
- Install fresh oil, oil filter, thermostat, spark plugs and coolant
- Replace all seals and gaskets before installation
- Flush the cooling system and install a new radiator if required
- Install a new timing belt on belt-drive engines and set the timing correctly
- Clear all diagnostic trouble codes before and after installation
- Do not bypass the radiator or run the engine without proper cooling
- Save all oil change receipts for warranty validation
