What Is Covered
Fusion Used Engines Inc. covers the following essential internal engine components under all warranty plans:
Core Engine Components
- ✔Engine block and cylinder head assembly
- ✔Pistons, connecting rods, and crankshaft
- ✔Camshaft, timing chain, and valvetrain
- ✔Oil pump and oil pressure system
Internal Mechanisms
- ✔Internal bearings and bushings
- ✔Valve guides and valve seats
- ✔Timing components (chain, gears, tensioners)
- ✔Rocker arms and pushrods (where applicable)
What Is Not Covered
⚠️ The following items are excluded from all warranty plans. Please review carefully before installation.
- Oil leaks resulting from failed seals or gaskets
- Bolt-on accessories: manifolds, carburetor, alternator, starter, water pump, thermostat, clutch
- Timing belts on belt-drive engines and all external seals
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, racing, towing overload, or neglect
- Engines that have been altered, disassembled, or modified without written authorization
- Overheating damage — warranty is voided if engine overheats; shut off engine immediately if overheating occurs
- Consequential costs: towing, rental cars, labor, diagnostics, or loss of use
- Engines removed or disassembled prior to our inspection
- Failure to perform comprehensive troubleshooting to identify root cause before warranty claim
Customer Installation Requirements
To maintain warranty validity, the following steps must be completed before and during installation:
- Install fresh oil, oil filter, thermostat, spark plugs, and coolant
- Replace all seals and gaskets before installation
- Flush the cooling system and install a new radiator if required
- Install a new timing belt on belt-drive engines and properly set timing
- Verify engine compatibility using your vehicle's VIN
- Clear all diagnostic trouble codes before and after installation
- Do not bypass the radiator or operate the engine without proper cooling
- Save all oil change receipts for warranty validation purposes
Shipping & Delivery Policy

- Residential & Commercial: We deliver to both business addresses and private residences
- Commercial Address shipping is Free of Cost
- Residential Shipping is also Free — customers pay $100 for forklift charges at residential addresses
- Order Processing: 3–5 business days (verification and palletization)
- All engines are photo-documented and professionally palletized before shipping

- Do not remove or disassemble the engine prior to our inspection
- Provide your order number, VIN, and a detailed description of the issue
- Perform and document all troubleshooting steps as directed by our team
